7. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability and applicable legal restrictions.
Adding a product to your cart does not reserve the product or guarantee that it will remain available.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order is submitted, we may contact you to offer an appropriate lawful solution, which may include:

We will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement.
8. Orders and Contract Formation

9. Prices and Payment
Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed on the website are in Australian dollars.
The total amount payable, including applicable product charges and shipping fees, will be shown during checkout before payment is submitted.
We may update prices at any time. A price change will not normally affect an order that has already been accepted, except where there is an obvious pricing error or the order cannot lawfully be completed.
Payments may be processed by Stripe or another authorised payment service provider.
By submitting payment information, you confirm that:

Sufficient funds or credit are available
The transaction is not fraudulent or unlawful

10. Promotions and Discount Codes
Discount codes and promotional offers:
Must be used before their stated expiry date
May be limited to selected products or customers
May require a minimum order amount
Cannot normally be exchanged for cash
Cannot normally be combined unless expressly permitted
May be limited to one use per person, account, address or order
We may withdraw or correct a promotion where it contains an obvious error, has been misused or cannot lawfully be provided.
Promotions do not affect rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
11. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping is provided in accordance with our separate Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
Where an order can lawfully be fulfilled, we aim to lodge it with an Australia Post office in Sydney within one business day.
Available delivery options may include:

Shipping prices may change and will be displayed at checkout.
A tracking number will normally be uploaded and sent by email after the parcel has been lodged.
Our one-business-day processing commitment refers to lodgement with Australia Post and does not guarantee delivery within one business day.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by Australia Post operations, public holidays, severe weather, transport disruption, address issues and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
12. Delivery Information
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate:

Please contact us immediately if you discover an error.
We may attempt to update an address before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has entered processing or been lodged with Australia Post.
Additional shipping charges may apply where a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address, failure to collect, refused delivery or another circumstance attributable to the customer.
13. Risk, Loss and Delivery Problems
Nothing in this section excludes rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.
Where tracking shows a delay, loss, delivery exception or other problem, customers should contact Australia Post and notify VAPEHUB.
We will provide reasonable assistance with available tracking information and may assist with an Australia Post investigation where appropriate.
If tracking records a parcel as delivered but you cannot locate it, please:
Check the delivery location and surrounding safe places
Ask other household members
Check with neighbours or building management where appropriate
Contact the relevant Australia Post office
Contact VAPEHUB with your order number
Each matter will be considered according to the available evidence and applicable consumer rights.
14. Refunds, Returns and Product Issues
Refunds, returns, defective products, missing items and incorrect orders are handled under our separate Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
We do not accept ordinary change-of-mind returns for opened, used or unwanted disposable vape products.
If a product arrives damaged, faulty or affected by a quality issue, please contact:
Customers should contact us as soon as possible and preferably within five days of the recorded delivery date.
Claims should include the order number and clear photographs or video demonstrating the reported issue.
After review, an appropriate solution may include a full refund, partial refund, replacement, store credit or another remedy required under Australian Consumer Law.
The five-day notification request does not exclude rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
15. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Where a product is affected by a major failure, customers may be entitled to reject the product and choose a refund or replacement, together with compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss where applicable.
For a failure that is not major, the supplier may be entitled to provide an appropriate remedy within a reasonable period.
Any disclaimer, limitation or exclusion in these Terms and Conditions applies only to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You are responsible for loss or reasonable costs directly caused by your unlawful conduct, fraud or material breach of these Terms and Conditions.
This does not require you to compensate VAPEHUB for loss caused by our own negligence, unlawful conduct or failure to take reasonable steps to reduce the loss.
24. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to an account where we reasonably believe that:
The account is being used unlawfully
False age or identity information has been supplied
Payment fraud or chargeback abuse has occurred
Product claims are fraudulent
The customer has materially breached these Terms and Conditions
Suspension is reasonably necessary to protect customers, VAPEHUB or another person
Suspension is required by law or a competent authority
Where reasonably practicable, we will provide notice and an explanation.
Termination does not affect rights or obligations that arose before termination.
